Happy Monday loves. I am so grateful for all my blessings! Acceptance, patience and hope – has played such an important part of my journey to captivating my dreams. Each day, I make it my business to invest some serious time – into being my own CEO! The internet is the best thing to ever happen to my career!
Since I was a little girl, I remember my passion for the creating – especially writing, photography and graphic design! I vowed to have my own magazine company one day. I loved Cosmo, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Essence, just to name a few! And like Oprah, I wanted to star on the cover of each issue! Fast forward to today, and I am steadily working my way up to launching N♥V♥US Magazine (launching in 2014), finally! My blogs have shown me, that I can do anything I put my mind to. I get to be an ambassador – a go-to-goddess, when it comes to travel/spa, beauty, fashion and lifestyle! Each day, I connect to people, hoping to make an impact in their lives.
The purpose of Motivation Monday, is to share free tips and advice to help you to “unleash the bliss within.” I aim to help you to harness your dreams – and make it work for you! And believe me when I say, their is nothing better than being your own boss! Part of my life-lesson in acceptance, was recognizing the potential God saw in me, and this included me letting go of my fears (like my fear of sales, until I found a way to make it fun and empowering).
Today, I am the proud chicpreneur of a multimedia PR firm, travel agency and several hand selected shopping boutiques with top brand partners like ShopStyle ShopSense, Amazon, Groupon, LivingSocial and many more – as well as an events planning and marketing firm…let’s just say, if I enjoy doing it, I’m launching it!!!
My point? I would love to help you, help yourself! Want a career in writing or publishing? How about design, seo or even travel? The Goddess Program, part of The Goddess Project, caters to the independent minded female, who strives best at being her own boss and success story! Being an online boss, my office is wherever I am – and my staff? Well, there’s Mac (my personal assistant and laptop), Sam & Sam Jr. (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and S3), Mr. Canon (T5i and lenses), as well as admin staff: Photoshop, WordPress, etc! Each report to help me to make my dreams happen. And pleeeease, don’t let “money” or lack their of – be your anchor! I launched my blogs and Goddess Getaways while living in a domestic violence shelter, being homeless and less than zero startup money!
I didn’t know my own strength, until I begin to rise from out the ashes! I stopped saying “I can’t,” and instead…shouted “bring it on!
I am currently looking for Chic Travel & Lifestyle Insiders – who want to build a travel and shopping legacy ,and virtual business entrepreneurs who enjoy being her own boss! I need future women leaders who aren’t afraid to leave her 6″ stiletto prints on the stars! Does this sound at all like you?
