Hello loves.
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking, as my mind continues to function – at top warped speed – in reference to the direction I am taking both Mind Body Soul’U'tions & Elite Socialistas! My strong desire to empower the love of “self” – especially in girls and women, who are suffering – has me on cloud 9! I have so much planned for 2014, and it will involve us getting “social.”
When I was going through my tragic trials, approximately 4 years ago, it was my love for having my own magazine – which led me to start the blogs! Not so long after, I found out I was pregnant – and well, the drama began. But from behind the walls of my d.v shelter – I found reprieve in my blogs! Through it all — I have always found astounding escape in blogging! Blogging has also opened the doors for many other aspects of my passions, as it allowed me to connect, learn and transform. Little by little, I sweat, cried and even loss some sleep over my babies!
But as technology changed, so does the trends – making it the job of this internet savvy woman – to stay on top of her game! The hardest I’ve ever hit it, was when I thought it would make me super rich, almost overnight – well because, all the “other” internet entrepreneurs did it. Right?
Wrong! I ended up losing my apartment – landing with my three little ones, in a homeless shelter in one of the worst locations in Wilmington, DE. During this time, I was torn away from my blogs – as I secured a full-time position as an executive assistant at a community center! One year later – after many emotional scars – I am hitting it hard, but this time – it’s for the love, passion and obsession with writing/photography/creativity! I’ve even went ahead and updated my DSLR system from the Canon 30D (now my backup camera)!
Now, I have an outlet for the beauty, fashion, travel, lifestyle, social shopping, coaching, creating – aspects of my passions! I am literally the CEO (Chic Executive Officer) of my happiness, harnessing my dreams – and making them work for me! Heck, I even have an outlet for giving back – through The Goddess Project!
My point? Well, like I said, I’ve been thinking…I’ve come to the conclusion that – I want to help build women leaders of empires – leaving legacies with our footprints in the stars! I want to help women take charge of their lives, and take the proper steps to living the lives they’ve always wanted. I left my nine-to-five job, to invest in my FULL-TIME dreams!!
