It’s been a while since a sat and rapped with you lovelies. I do apologize for the breaks in features. I am in the process of transitioning to my next phase. Between a promotion, a move, a daughter in college, another – senior in high school and a super active 2 year old (all as a single mother)…things have been far from bored.
At my 9-5, we are about to launch a monthly magazine for the community center, as well as have our annual health & wellness fair. Thanks to Goddess Getaways, we are about to spice things up a little this year! This year, the community will indulge in complimentary makeup (makeovers), nails, hair, aromatherapy and massages. It’s all to empower, entertain and educate our women — about healthier, more proactive, preventive ways to live their lives. And believe it or not, it involves traveling and frequent pampering one’s “self.” So let’s celebrate self — Mind, Body & Soul!
